1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by Dr. Guptas physiotherapy Clinic & Sports Rehab (“Clinic”, “We”, “Us”) to patients (“You”, “Client”). By booking an appointment, attending a session, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Scope of Services

Our clinic offers the following services:

  1. Physiotherapy consultations and treatment plans.

  2. Rehabilitation programs for injury recovery.

  3. Post-surgical physiotherapy care.

  4. Sports injury prevention and management.

  5. Manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.

  6. Wellness, posture correction, and mobility improvement programs.

3. Booking & Appointments

  • Appointments can be made in person, by phone, or online.

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies or unforeseen events.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.

  • Free cancellation are available based on request.

5. Fees & Payment

  • Consultation and treatment fees will be communicated at the time of booking.

  • Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

  • Accepted payment methods include UPI, Cash.

6. Health & Medical Responsibility

  • Patients must provide accurate medical history and inform the therapist of any changes in health conditions.

  • Our services are intended to complement medical advice, not replace it.

  • In some cases, we may request a doctor’s referral before starting treatment.

7. Confidentiality

We respect patient confidentiality and will not share personal or medical information without consent, except when required by law.

8. Limitations of Liability

While our physiotherapists follow professional standards, results may vary depending on individual conditions.
We are not liable for:

  • Injuries arising from non-compliance with prescribed exercises.

  • Self-administered treatments without our supervision.

9. Safety & Conduct

  • Patients must follow all safety instructions during sessions.

  • Any inappropriate behavior may result in termination of treatment.

10. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services or fees with reasonable notice.

11. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hyderabad – Telangana.
